All of the puppies you see have been raised here at North Iowa Puppies. We take great care in raising healthy and happy puppies for loving homes.

What puppy/breed should I get?

We are more than happy to answer any questions regarding making sure a puppy is the right fit for you; however, we strongly suggest you do your own independent research. You can consult books, websites, You Tube videos, or friend with that breed. There is no shortage of information out there so its a good idea to check out multiple sources along with talking to us to make sure you’re making the right decision. We want all of our puppies to go to the right home, and we will do everything possible to ensure that outcome. our ultimate goal your responsibility to make sure you know what breed your getting and that you can provide a healthy and happy home for whatever puppy you adopt.

How do I buy the puppy?

If its before they’re ready to go home or if its going to be a few days before you can pick the puppy up, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit of usually $300 to hold the puppy. The deposit goes into the total price and can be paid by cash, or Pay Pal. Once you place your deposit, you are expected to make arrangements to pick up your puppy within 14 days of its ready date or be subject to a boarding fee with some exceptions. The remaining balance must be paid in full either before or at pick up.

Do you ship puppies?

We have nothing against shipping; some breeders have found a safe and effective way to ship. But due to unfortunate current world events and a lack of a safe and reliable method, we do not offer shipping . We are pickup only.

Will my puppy have shots and wormings?

Has my puppy been to the vet?
